ALL RIDERS ARE CREATED EQUAL

WHY WE PROMOTE CYCLING?

WHAT A RIDE - We love cycling for good reason and it’s exactly that passion we want to share. Because when you're on a bike, it doesn’t matter where you come from, how old you are, or what goals you’re chasing. On the bike, we’re all equal: we climb the same steep hills, push through the same headwind, feel the same sun on our skin, and cover the same distance.

That’s what makes cycling so special: it’s a personal challenge where everyone rides their own race, yet it’s also a shared experience that brings us together.

The joy of riding, the sense of freedom, and the satisfaction of reaching a goal create a feeling of community, regardless of our differences.

Cycling brings us closer, to ourselves and to one another. It shows us what’s possible when we believe in ourselves and follow our passion, whether we ride alone or together.

Cycling Connects. Cycling can be enjoyed solo, but it truly shines when experienced together. Whether in cycling clubs or on group rides, the sport creates a strong sense of community and the chance to form lasting friendships. Teamwork plays a key role, especially in road cycling. Working together toward shared goals not only builds trust but also inspires young riders to support one another and grow as a team.

WE RIDE FOR THE TEAM

Cycling opens New Worlds. Every cyclist knows the thrill of setting off on an adventure just outside their own doorstep. Whether it’s an unexplored trail in the forest or a bike path through a nearby town never before ridden, letting yourself be guided by direction and choice can bring a fresh sense of freedom.

WE RIDE FOR FREEDOM

Regular cycling strengthens the organs, especially the cardiovascular system, tones the leg and core muscles and improves lung capacity. It is an effective way to burn calories and increase physical endurance through continuous movement. Overall, cycling significantly enhances the body's performance.

WE RIDE FOR STRENGTH

Cycling is good for the soul, as it promotes feelings of happiness and contentment through the release of endorphins and can help reduce stress. Exercising in the fresh air has a positive effect on the entire human body. The sport teaches patience, perseverance and goal orientation, which also leads to more discipline in everyday life, but just as much calmness in dealing with challenges.

WE RIDE FOR JOY

Cycling is a real win for the environment, as it is completely emission-free and significantly reduces CO₂ emissions compared to motorized vehicles. Bicycles don’t rely on fossil fuels, making them one of the most energy-efficient means of transportation. The more people switch to cycling, the cleaner the air in our cities becomes, ultimately improving the quality of life for everyone.

WE RIDE FOR TOMORROW

RIDE SAFELY

We love cycling and the feeling of freedom it gives. At the same time, we are aware that its speed and dynamics also come with risks. That’s why we launched the GENRIDE safety initiative as one of our first major projects. Our goal is to address all important safety issues and develop practical recommendations. This way, parents, athletes, coaches, and cyclists can access valuable information and ride more safely.
