Rhein-Eifel MTB Cup – 2nd Round

The second round of the XC Winter Series takes place in Boos, Rhineland-Palatinate. 
At this race as well, participants from the U9 age category onwards can compete in a sporting challenge.
 The second round of the Rhein-Eifel MTB Cup will be held in Boos, Rhineland-Palatinate. For riders competing in the overall series, the goal is to confirm strong results from the first round or improve their performance. Anyone wishing to take part in the overall series ranking must ensure they meet the organizer’s requirements and adhere to the specified registration deadlines.

In the second round, participants in the age categories from U9 to Elite are eligible to start.

16. Mons-Tabor-Triathlon

16. Mons-Tabor-Triathlon

On May 31, 2026, the Mons-Tabor Triathlon will once again take place in Montabaur, organized by RSG ’88 Montabaur e.V.

Whether you are a student, youth athlete, or age-group competitor – all endurance sports enthusiasts are welcome to join the race around the Mons-Tabor-Bad.
 
The program includes age-appropriate combinations of swimming, cycling, and running – from short distances for the youngest participants to the adult distance of 0.4 km swimming, 12 km cycling, and 3 km running.
 
There will also be an exciting team relay race, where clubs can compete with relay teams – a dynamic format that highlights both speed and teamwork.
 
The event also counts as a scoring race for the Rhineland-Palatinate Youth Cup and the RTV Cup, making it a perfect season highlight for all triathlon enthusiasts.

Our mountain bike training for children aged 8 to 11 offers the perfect introduction to cycling – whether they are just starting out or want to further develop their existing skills. In a playful and supportive environment, kids learn to handle their bikes safely and confidently. Fun, teamwork, and enjoyment are always the focus. With a variety of exercises, small skill courses, and child-friendly off-road rides, we help improve balance, coordination, and riding technique — while also boosting confidence on two wheels.

 Our coach Jonas offers a child-friendly cycling training session for young kids aged 5 to 7 at Oberwerth. The focus is on a playful introduction to riding a bike. Through simple exercises, small courses, and movement-based activities, children learn how to control their bikes safely and with confidence. Balance, coordination, and self-confidence are developed in a fun and pressure-free environment. Most importantly, this training is all about enjoying movement and experiencing the joy of riding together as a group.

Stay fit, ride safely – even without your bike. 

Prepare for the new season with our winter athletic training and be ready to hit the ground running once winter is over. Our indoor training focuses on building the athletic foundation needed for cycling. 

With a variety of exercises in strength, stability, coordination, mobility, and stretching, we develop the physical base every rider needs – whether on a mountain bike, road bike, or gravel bike.

 MechanicsLab is all about bike mechanics. Participants learn how to properly maintain their bikes, carry out small repairs themselves, and safely make adjustments to gears or brakes. Bring your own bike, and we will work together to fix any issues that have come up.
